菜 名： 香附陈艾炖鸡
主 料： 香附、陈艾各10克，杜仲15克，子鸡1只（约500克），生姜6克，阿胶15克。
做 法： 先将子鸡去毛与内脏洗净，入香附、陈艾、杜仲于砂锅内与鸡同炖，将熟时入生姜，再炖煮20分钟，每次用热汤溶化阿胶5克服食，每日3次。鸡汤中可入盐调味，鸡肉及汤视食量大小分次服完。
药用价值： 主要治疗妊娠腹痛虚寒型：妊娠期间小腹冷痛、面色苍白、形寒肢冷、纳少便溏，舌质淡，苔薄白，脉沉弱。
