Tourism industry eco-cluster is the best spatial layout model in adapting to the demands of tourism industry ecological development.

Through the analysis on the advantages of the ecological tourism in Shanxi Province and connecting with the situation of Shanxi Province,this paper advances the developing framework of the ecological tourism in Shanxi Province,and expounds some concrete developing strategy.

Because of the fact that tourism involves many personnel,and the connection leads the effect to be obvious,developing cyclic economy and promoting tourism industrial ecology in tourism contribute to constructing environmental ethics among public in our society,and green consumption idea among tourists.

The concept and the main principle of industrial eco-tourism are proposed and the formation anddevelopment of the concept of wellness tourism and wellness industry eco-tourism are discussed in this paper.
