| 芒 Miscanthus sinensis 禾本科芒属植物的通称。又称巴茅。多年生牧草，常与野古草、金茅等组成稳定群落。在不常利用的草地多为密集草丛，在高山上部植株矮化成疏丛状。根系发达，茎高1～2米，叶长而扁平或内卷，顶生圆锥花序。适应性强，喜酸性土壤，易再生，耐割刈或践踏。每年割2～3次。抽穗期割的可加工为青贮饲料。芒还可用作造纸原料。广泛分布于亚洲和太平洋岛屿。中国长江以南丘陵地普遍生长。 |
