In the thesis the author firstly reveals the profound connotation of "Gome phenomenon" and then analyses the positive and negative effects that "Gome phenomenon" brings to Chinese home appliance retailing,and finally suggests some good ideas about the developing tendency and direction of Chinese home appliance retailing and chain-store operation.
