This paper introduced a kind of design method of the front signal conditioning module,the constant current source was structured by the four operational amplifier integration chip LM348,signal amplification circuit selected programmable ampl.

In accordance with the basic structure and features of forcing process of auto-motive suspension tester,the high precise conditioning module for outputs of force sensor and velocity sensor was designed.

In this paper,a dynamic balance testing system which includes PC,DAQ Card (PCI-6221) board,voltage regulating modulation ,and Position and velocity sensors,is presented.
