| 南朝陵墓石刻 中国宋、齐、梁、陈四朝帝王陵墓前的石刻。分布在江苏南京附近（包括江宁、句容、丹阳）。多数曾遭到破坏。清代学者即有著录。至1934年共发现28处。50年代后进行调查，总计发现31处。石刻分石兽、石柱和石碑。石兽均有翼。帝后墓前有双角的天禄（鹿）和单角的麒麟；王侯墓前有无角的辟邪。石柱或称华表和表，圆柱形。柱首为圆盖或莲花座式，上立一小兽；柱础分两层，亦有雕刻。石碑的碑首为圆形，左右雕双龙交缠，碑身刻文字，侧面有纹饰，碑下有龟座。这些石刻形体巨大，造型优美，雕琢精致，是南朝石雕艺术的代表作品。 |
