岗位培训


  岗位培训让学徒在工作岗位上从事未来的工种活动,同时参加补充训练课程的一种培训。岗位培训在英国是这样的:学生在进入学徒培训期满后,他们还必须用至少一年的时间在产业部门中从事自己未来的工种(职业)活动作为实践,同时参加恰当的补充训练课程。这一期结束时,要通过必要的考试和检查,合洛者获得技能证书,给予他们合格技能工人的工资权利。但这一证书不发给18岁以卜的青年。技能证书和相应的地位应交给雇主和上会认可,以便根据就业条件和规定正式录用。应指出的是,岗位涪训并不是学徒制度期限的延长,目的是为了让学生在最少时间内达到规定的技能标准。
