肩后痛
肩后痛 证名。指肩后部肌肉、筋脉作痛。由感受风热，手太阳小肠经脉气郁不行所致。《杂病源流犀烛·肩背肘臂腕手病源流》：“肩后属小肠经。故肩后痛为小肠经病。以小肠中感受风热，气郁不行故致此。”治宜祛风通络。用羌活、防风、藁本、木通、蔓荆子。心血虚者宜养血，用当归、熟地等药。参见肩痛条。
