The paper constructs the Bayesian network model for the students employment and analyzes the interaction among the factors like career preference,competence and quality,career skills,and employment psychology.

based on the teaching practice, we tried to illustrate the importance and advantages of combining the English teaching with the major and students employment , and showed how to make the combination work to improve the teaching quality and promote students employment.
