In view of the incompatibility and grayness of indices in optimization of supporting scheme for deep foundation pit,an optimization model based on grey matter element analysis is presented.

According to condition of engineering, it introduces construction method of reinforced cement-soil pile anchor support through selecting foundation pit support plan, the monitoring result indicates this support system has merits including reasonable technology、safety and invest-saving.

On the basis of the theory of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), models of project optimization on deep foundation pit bracing were built in this paper; meanwhile, it gives a detailed introduction to the application of the models according a practical example.
