The structures of quenching at 1 040℃ and tempering at 250℃,560℃,620℃, have been analyzed for plastic mold steel 3Cr17NiMo using metallographic microscope, x-ray diffraction instrument,transmission electron microscope and micro hardness instrument,thermodynamic simulation for 3Cr17NiMo was done using thermo-calc software.
试验采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和显微硬度计对塑料模具钢3Cr17NiMo在1040℃淬火,250℃、560℃和620℃回火后的组织进行了分析,并采用thermo-calc软件对其进行热力学计算仿真,结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果一致,在此基础上对塑料模具钢3Cr17NiMo成分提出了改性方案。

The microstructure and phase of vacuum sintered Ni60 alloy were analyzed by SEM, EDS, XRD and Thermo-Calc software.
