Based on analyzing the existing index and a new definition of drying moisture uniformity,single factor experiment and duplicate test with or without baffle on material outlet of drying cylinder were conducted in a deep fixed-bed.
在探讨稻谷干燥均匀度性质及定义新的干燥均匀度指标基础上,利用深床干燥试验台进行稻谷干燥单因素试验和干燥筒排料口贯口处有无挡板的结构验证试验,分析了试验因素对干燥均匀度的影响规律和干燥过程中同层不同位置稻谷的干燥均匀特性,得出同层稻谷干燥的普遍规律。
