多为烧伤感染等瘢痕粘连和挛缩的结果。双侧鼻孔狭窄可引起呼吸不畅。闭锁时则需完全用口呼吸，以致常感口干舌燥等。鼻前孔狭窄的治疗可按“Z”成形术原则或用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复，闭锁者则须将鼻孔的瘢痕组织切除，使鼻尖、鼻翼、鼻小柱等充分复位后，用内嵌植皮法修复鼻孔内创面。术后至少半年内，应持续用硅胶管或塑料管支撑鼻孔，防止皮片收缩，每次取出清洗后须即刻放回。
