Geometry error of numerical controlled machine conveniently and quickly by use of double-ball-bar can be measured,and builds up the figure model of such errors based on the instruments mentioned above.
就三轴数控机床几何误差的测试和辨识进行了介绍、探讨和研究,利用球杆仪可以方便快捷地测量数控机床的几何误差,通过建立三轴数控机床的几何误差模型,在精确掌握三坐标数控机床几何误差的基础上,采用修正NC数据实现误差补偿,结果表明,机床的各项误差都有所降低。

This paper research on the measurement for the main thermal errors of 3-axis machine tool with Double-Ball-Bar (DBB), such as spindle thermal drifts errors, the parallelism error between spindle and guide way of the Z-axis, the scaling mismatch errors and the cyclic errors of the ballscrew shaft.
本文基于机床性能检测工具——数字式球杆仪(DBB)的测量原理,着重研究了主轴端热漂移误差、主轴与导轨平行度误差、比例误差、滚珠丝杠周期误差等立式三轴数控机床的热变形误差诊断方法。
