性质:(一)单位时间单位面积物质的流通量或热流通量,如扩散通量,mol/(m2·s)、热通量,J/(m2·s)。(二)粒子通量N定义为时间间隔dt内粒子的增量dN,N=dN/dt,单位为s-1。粒子注量Φ:辐射场中某一点的注量是进入以该点为球心,截面为da的小球体内的粒子数dN除以da而得的商,即Φ=dN/da,SI单位为每平方米,(m-2)。粒子注量率φ单位时间内,进入单位面积的球体内的粒子数,定义为dΦ中除以dt的商,单位为m-2·s-1。    φ=dΦ/dt=d2N/dadt能注量ψ:进入单位截面积的球体内所有粒子能量之和(不包括静止质量),单位为J·m-2。    ψ=dEfi/da能注量率ψ:单位时间内进入单位面积球体内所有粒子能量之和,ψ=dψ/dr,单位为J·m-2·s-1。片状物料或短纤维状物料层堆在通气性底板上,从上方或下方垂直通入热气流的干燥法称为通流干燥。与热气流通过物料表面的干燥法相比,由于通流干燥传热系数较大和传热面积增大,水分与蒸气的迁移距离减小等原因,所以干燥速度很大。
