Objective: To provide a detailed morphologic data for further studying the physiological function and clinical application of triceps brachii by researching into those muscles\' architecture, the distribution of intramuscular nerves, nerve-entering points and muscle spindles.
目的:通过对肱三头肌肌构筑学,肌内神经分布,神经入肌点定位,肌梭分布的研究进一步探讨肱三头肌的形态学特点,为深入研究肱三头肌在肢体关节运动中的作用提供形态学依据,并为肌的临床应用提供参考数据。

跌倒时手掌撑地、肘关节于半屈位可引起此损伤，有时可引起止点的撕脱骨折，多伴有肘内侧稳定装置，包括肘内侧韧带和腕屈肌的断裂伤。伤后肘后肿痛、不敢伸肘，局部有触痛及凹陷。肱三头肌重力试验阳性。一旦确诊，必须把断端原位缝合固定于尺骨鹰嘴骨质上。
