motion or action induced epilepsy
癫痫的一种。多见于儿童,常在一次突然的动作后诱发癫痫。且大多发生在休息阶段,发作以下肢开始为多,一阵强直性痉挛,可影响及全身,然后局限于动作的肢体。患者意识从不丧失,也无阵挛发生。本病常有遗传倾向,呈显性遗传。
