In order to accelerate the establishment of a new method to obtain the spider dragline silk protein gene from animal hair by using transgenic technology, mouse was chose as a animal model.
为了加速建立利用转基因技术的通过动物被毛获取蜘蛛丝蛋白的新方法,本研究以小鼠为模型,在利用常规法建立小鼠成纤维细胞系的基础上,依次通过小鼠皮肤特异性启动子的克隆、连接蜘蛛丝蛋白基因的表达载体的构建、转染小鼠成纤维细胞等程序,探讨了建立转蜘蛛蛋白基因二聚体阳性细胞的可能性。
