对北京市郊区风景游憩林侧柏-刺槐群落林下植被的主要植物种群的生态位宽度、生态位相似比例和生态位重叠分析表明,求米草、荆条、孩儿拳头和细叶苔草生态位宽度值较大,上层林分主要树种侧柏和刺槐的林下更新苗生态位宽度比其他植物种林下更新苗的生态位宽度低;林下植物种群的生态位相似性比例值和生态位重叠值相对较小,不同种群间对资源的竞争相对不剧烈,可采取人工措施改善树种的配置,促进生态位分化。

【植物形态】
砂生槐 矮而多枝的灌木，密被白色短柔毛，小枝顶端成刺状。单数羽状复叶，小叶11～17，椭圆形至卵状椭圆形，先端具长刺尖，两面被白色长柔毛；托叶宿存，呈针刺状。总状花序腋生或顶生，多而散生；花梗较萼为短；萼钟状，密被白色长柔毛，萼齿三角形；花冠蓝紫色，旗瓣下部白色。荚果串珠状，长7～11厘米，密被短柔毛；有5～6颗种子。花期5月。 生于干燥的山坡、沙滩。分布西藏等地。
【采集】
8～10月采收成热的果实，晒干，打下种子。
【性味】
性寒，味苦。
【功用主治】
消炎解毒。治湿热黄疸，白喉。
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤，1～2钱。
