The research is mainly concerned with the bilingual attitude of minorities by using the students in the relatively closed environment of Central University of Nationalities as a sample group.

Analysis had been done on some non-intellective factors of affecting Tibetan bilingual children’s Chinese learning,found that Tibetan bilingual children’s attribution,motive and bilingual attitude have some stronger connections with their Chinese achievement.
