材料： （一团熟面条，酱油小匙）（鸡肉30克，肉、酱 油各少许）菠菜5o克，香菇2个，鱼肉切簿片2小片 ，柚子皮少许（鸡蛋一个，高汤一杯，食盐1/5小匙 ，酱油少许）。
作法： ①熟面条铺放于盘子里面，用热开水浇遍，撒酱 油拌均。 ③鸡肉切小块。加入酒和酱油。菠菜汤熟后切4～ 5cm长。 ③将面条盛入碗内，把材料②拌匀后浇在面条上 ，最上面放鸡肉、簿片及切十字形的香菇，约蒸2分 钟左右。 ④最后摆放菠菜和柚子。 婴儿食物 初期大人用煮好的食物
