To solve the problems existing super thick-oil thermal recovery such as high cost of steam injection,high gas temperature,low thermal efficiency of steam injection boiler,the pressure atomization method is replaced by rotary-cup atomization,which increases the thermal efficiency of the boiler from about 80%to more than 85%,and decreases the fuel oil consumption in the boiler from 67.
针对超稠油热采过程中注汽成本高、烟温高、注汽锅炉热效率低等问题,采用转杯雾化代替压力式雾化的方法,使锅炉热效率由原来的80%左右提高到85%以上,锅炉燃油单耗由67。
