  guolu buJ,shu.ehL一11锅炉补给水处理(boiler make一uP water treat-ment)锅炉补给水的处理技术.火力发电厂热力系统水汽循环过程中,由于各种水汽损失,必须向锅护补给水。凝汽式电厂的锅炉补给率较低,向用户供热的热电厂的补给率较高. 锅炉补给水的水源大多为淡水,如江河、湖泊和水库的地表水或井、泉的地下水.进人20世纪80年代以来,由于水资源短缺,海水和市政、工厂的废水成为新增的两种水源,并日益受到重视。无论采用上述哪种水稼,由于都含有各类杂质,在进人热力系统前,必须进行水处理。 锅炉补给水处理方式的选择与锅炉参数、受热面的热强度、原水水质和出水水质要求等因素有关。高参数机组的锅炉补给水,几乎都采用各种组合的化学除盐方式,制备成高纯水;中、低压锅炉的补给水多采用各种离子交换或其它方法处理的软化水。水在进人离子交换设备前,都要进行预处理,去除原水中的悬浮物和有机物等。应用地表水时,一般预处理系统为混凝、没清、过滤;应用地下水时,可仅采用过滤。锅炉补给水处理系统中的混床,除了能进一步降低除盐水的含盐t外,还对出水水质具有保障作用。根据需要,对含有机物较高的原水,可以设置活性炭过滤器;对含盐量很高的原水,可以设里膜分离装置,如反渗透或电渗析等。 对常用的锅炉补给水水处理方式出水的质量要求如表1所示。 进人离子交换除盐和膜法除盐系统的水,应符合下列标准(DL/T5068一1996)(见表2)。
