According to the design requirements of water diversion for sediment control of the Yangtze River to Han River Water Transfer Project, the sediment accumulation conditions in the water diversion canal with or without sedimentation basin are researched on the basis of basic hydrology sediment and engineering data by one-dimensional constant flow heterogeneous sand mathematical model.
