性质:又称照相底板。以平板玻璃或胶片为底片,涂上卤化银(溴化银)晶粒的乳剂作为感光层。当光照射后分解出银离子,形成不可见的潜影中心。在显影液中含有潜影中心的溴化银很快还原为黑色的金属银;未经受光作用的溴化银还原极慢。然后定影将未还原的溴化银溶解于水从乳剂中除去。依用途不同种类很多,有民用及光谱用感光板等。在半导体成像技术中,用于制造光掩模版或初溶版的涂有设有图形的不透明涂层的透明基板。
