To integrate CAD, CAPP and CAM, the thought of transforming part design model to blank model thus to manufacturing model was presented.
为了实现CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成,提出了一种由设计模型向毛坯模型转换、进而向制造模型转换的思想。

Based on the blank model which is selected from various sizes of standard rectangular bars, they utilize the technology of machining feature recognition; they also extract the cutting areas and their machining process on the product models directly.
针对上述现状,本文以基于特征的设计技术和特征识别方法为主要的研究手段,对零件三维特征模型到毛坯模型的转换技术作了进一步研究,完善了简单特征的识别与补偿,并对组合复杂特征的识别进行了研究与分析。

2软件对感应电渣离心浇铸4Cr13饲料环模毛坯凝固过程温度场的分布情况进行数值模拟,得出了毛坯凝固过程中各处的凝固速度分布情况,进而按照二次枝晶粗化模型推出毛坯各处的二次枝晶间距,并对感应电渣离心浇铸方法生产4Cr13饲料环模毛坯相应部位的低倍组织与二次枝晶间距在铸件径向上的分布情况数值模拟进行了对比分析,结果表明,二次枝晶间距在铸造件径向上分布情况的数值模拟与试验观察基本一致。

To identify the work piece rough model in virtual machining,the method is proposed that the work piece roughs of regular shape are modeled by OpenGL and the work piece roughs of complex shape are modeled by model data conversion of US Initial Graphics Exchange Specification(IGES)files.
为解决虚拟加工中工件毛坯模型的识别问题,提出对规则形状工件毛坯采用OpenGL建模、对复杂形状工件毛坯采用美国初始图形交换规范(Initial Graphics Exchange Specification,IGES)文件进行模型数据转换的方法。
