An improved hybrid method-genetic optimum selection for fuzzy pattern recognition model, which is combined with existing assessment models, was put forward duo to the disadvantages of current methods of assessment for water entrophication.
针对常用的湖泊富营养化评价方法的不足,结合现有的评价模型,提出了一种改进的混合评价方法——遗传优选模糊模式识别评价方法,并选取了10个湖库的chl-a、TP、TN、COD、SD作为评价指标进行水体的富营养化程度评价,结果表明,与原有的评价模型相比,新的评价方法得到的评价结果误差较小,能够对水环境污染作出科学的符合实际的评价。

优生
优生就是提高出生婴儿的体质水平，保证人口素质，是我国计划生育政策的重要内容。优生的目标是尽可能地防止“出生缺陷儿”的诞生。“出生缺陷”是各种遗传性、先天性和产伤性疾患的总称。遗传病是造成后代畸形、智力低下、残废、夭折的主要原因，是影响人口素质的重要因素，因而防治遗传病是预防性优生学的根本措施。此外加强围生期保健，环境保护，建立与健全妇幼保健网，产前诊断与选择流产，对新生儿出生监测等也都是优生措施。
