s: This paper first studied the rule, method and basis of Chinese mountain torrents prevention regionalization, then according to the overlay regionalization fundamental, divided Chinese mountain torrents disaster prevention region into three types which named the first emphasis prevention region, the second emphasis prevention region and the generic prevention region.
探讨了山洪灾害防治区划原则、方法和依据,根据部门区划叠加原理,将中国山洪灾害防治区划分成一级重点防治区、二级重点防治区和一般防治区等三个类型区,在此基础上初步拟定出中国山洪灾害防治区划方案,并对各分区特征进行了简要描述。
