In order to save energy furthest,this paper synthesizes heat exchanger network based on each stream effective temperature level named“stream pseudo-temperature”which is obtained by each stream heat transfer temperature difference contribution value in- stead of a single global minimum approach temperature.
为合理、经济地利用能源,降低生产成本,综合考虑了温度、表面传热系数和材质等影响流股传热能力的因素,计算出温差贡献值来修正各流股的实际温度得到虚拟温度,基于虚拟温度作出温焓图,提出多流股换热器网络的综合策略和冷、热流股的匹配规则,得到一组串联的多流股换热器,直观有效地进行换热网络的设计和优化。
