扶风郡：据《魏书·志第七·地形二下》记载，“扶风郡故秦内史，汉高帝二年更名为中地郡，九年复为内史，武帝为右内史，太初中更名主爵都尉，为右扶风，后改。”也就是说在汉武帝太初元年（公元前104年）置右扶风，与京兆尹、左冯翊合称三辅，是西汉的政治中心。三国魏时改为扶风郡，治所在槐里（今陕西兴平东南）。相当今陕西麟游、乾县以西，秦岭以北地区。西晋移治池阳（今陕西泾阳西北）。
