The cry genotypes and their crystal protein profiles of identified Bt isolates were carried out by using PCR-RFLP technique and SDS-PAGE method,the results indicated that the tested Bt isolates be affluent in cry gene diversities,which the genotypes of cry1,cry3,cry4,cry6,cry30 and cry40 were confirmed to express parasporal crystal proteins with molecular weight from 20 kD to 150 kD.
