Objective:To compare the effect of insulin pump(continues subcutaneous insulin injection,CSII) and insulin venous instilling(IVI) in treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).
方法:60例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者随机分为胰岛素泵皮下输注组(CSII组,30例)和常规小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注组(IVI组,30例),观察2组患者血糖(空腹及餐后2 h血糖)的变化、尿酮体转阴时间、平均胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率的差异。

Methods Fifty-three hyperglycemia diabetic subjects admitted from Emergency Department were divided into two groups: group A (CSII group, 20 cases); group B (intravenous infusion of low dose insulin, then subcutaneous injection after controlling of blood glucose, 33 cases).
泵组(20例)使用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素;小剂量组(33例)静脉滴注小剂量胰岛素,血糖控制后改为胰岛素餐前皮下注射。

静脉滴注
指通过静脉缓慢给药(如盐水、血浆、血等）的方法。一般较大量的药液宜用静脉滴注，应根据病人的年龄、病情、药物性质调节滴注速度。一般成人每分钟滴入 40～60滴，儿童每分钟滴入20～30滴。但对年老体弱、婴幼儿、心肺疾患者，滴注速度宜慢；脱水严重，心肺功能良好者滴入速度可快。对高渗盐水、含钾药物、升压药等滴入速度宜慢。
