是支气管肺癌的一种类型。由大小不一的多边形细胞组成，呈实体巢状排列。癌细胞核大，核仁大而明显，胞浆丰富。可发生在肺门附近或肺边缘的支气管。治疗以手术、放疗或化疗综合治疗。
