The test results show that it is feasible to weld HR3C steel with Thermanit617 nickel base welding wire substitution for welding material YT-HR3C.
首先对新型耐热HR3C钢焊接性及其所用替代焊丝Thermanit617(ERNiCrCoMo-1)的焊接性进行分析,然后采用GTAW焊接工艺,将Thermanit617镍基合金焊丝作填充材料,焊制HR3C钢管接头,并对试件接头力学性能、耐晶间腐蚀性能及组织特征等进行了测试和分析,试验结果表明HR3C钢采用Thermanit617镍基焊丝替代焊材YT-HR3C焊接是可行的。
