In this paper, we have studied the structure of Ag coating the layer and the state of free Ag in the AgWCC composite material which can be used as a new electrical contact material by Xray diffraction method, according to the phase analysis principle.

The core-shell Cu-Ag coated powder has a wide application in electronic slurry,conductive filler and other fields because of its good oxidation resistance,thermal stability and high conductivity.
