This paper discusses feasibility of interactive development between shared technology R & D industry and traditional industry by analyzing the character and evolution of shared technology R&D industry.

In this paper, the writer gives some suggestions about how to handle the differences of national standard and electric power industry standard in China for high voltage switchgear common specifications.

Through analyzing the service condition of the rolls in small-section mill train, the roll common technology that using a set of roll produces several specification H-beam or only needing to replace the rolls of three universal mills can produce close H-beam and I-beam in sizes was developed by making use of the existing roll system.
