The composite electroplating method was adopted,by which the ceramic powder was homogeneously entrapped into copper coating,Cu/ceramic particle composite coating was thus prepared,then the coating was thinned by twin-jet electropolishing,and finally the TEM thin foil was obtained,so that the TEM analysis for ceramic particle was able to be conducted.
