Utility theory is a new decision theory,which grows up on the basis of expected profit and loss value theory.
期望损益值理论是风险决策常用的理论,其决策准则是期望损益值最大;效用理论是在期望损益值理论基础上发展起来的新的决策理论,其决策准则是效用值最大;两者最大的不同是前者不考虑决策者对待风险的态度,而后者则充分考虑决策者对待风险的态度。
