Methods The primary culture and subculture of rabbit corneal stroma cells(RCSCs) were exposed to different concentrations of tetrandrine,anti-TGF-β,α-2b IFN,verapamil and FML in the experimental groups and blank culture media in the contrast group,then they were cultured separately for 24 hours、48 hour.
方法选用原代及传代兔角膜基质细胞,实验组分别加入含不同浓度汉防己甲素、TGF-β抗体、α-2b干扰素、维拉帕米、氟美童的培养液,对照组加入含等量PBS的培养液,分别培养24h、48h、72h后,采用MTT法检测其对细胞增殖的抑制作用,计算出抑制率和IC50,并对其进行比较。
