This paper reviewed the state of three stages of aiding the poor by migration in Ningxia,that is Diaozhuang migration(1983-2000),off-site ecological migration(2001-2007) and ecological migration inside country of dry zone of central Ningxia(2007-2011).
回顾了宁夏移民扶贫开发三个阶段,即吊庄移民(1983-2000)、易地生态移民(2001-2007)和现阶段中部干旱带县内生态移民(2007-2011年)的情况,探讨了宁夏移民扶贫开发的经验主要是政府主导型移民;省内近距离移民;在确保资金到位的前提下坚持了因地制宜,效益为重的原则和多元开发模式。
