The paper focuses on how to design appropriate training projects based on "work-integrated learning" to improve their vocational skills.

It is put forward and demonstrated that the interactive education model between the teaching of item practice and research-based learning is the best model for the reform of higher education and the cultivation of creative talents.

The design of experiment teaching project should consider not only the scientific arrangement of the related theoretical knowledge,but also the scientific nature of experiment teaching process and the stability of experiment teaching project with the core of students\' ability in order to improve the quality of experiment teaching.
