By taking the method of literature study,interview,and logical analysis,the author studied the operating law of the sport presentation of the 2008 Olympics from the operating of the sport presentation,audio and video,and the characteristics of the performance on the spot,hoping to provide successful experiences for the sport presentation of the prime events.

This paper tries to probe the phychology of audiences and speakers on speech sites by way of analysing speech phychology, put forward countermeasures on the basis of the phychological framework, and furtherly find solutions on how to manage a speech.
