On the Significance of Regional Legislation and Coordination of the Relationship between Central Legislation and Local Legislation

Coordination of regional legislation means communication and coordination,among all legislative bodies,about how to regulate the common matters or social relationships that need adjusting together,in order to assure regional coordination and effective application of legislative results(normative legal documents).

The establishment of the regional body is the precondition of the effective management of the economic region.

The settlement of the problem depends on the harmony and conformity of legislation in area Nowadays, the phenomena of non-harmony about the mechanism of economic legislation in area are at large.

Using Literature method it holds that the State Council has a right to become a legislative subject of sports arbitration in our country,which depends on not only the social relation of sports arbitration adjusted,but the characteristics of sports arbitration itself,and is conformity with the eighth stipulation in legislation.

This paper analyzes the problems in the local legislation system of regional autonomy of ethnic groupsthere is no uniform legislative competence for regional autonomy of ethnic groups, the legislative subject is set up unscientifically and the legislative process is unreasonable, and some proposals are put forward to solve these problems.

The composition of regional legislative subject is multiplex in relation to variety of regional type.
