Thirty-three cases were treated with bibaike jiaonang(4 weeks),scaling and root plannlng as the experimental group,and 30 with scaling and root plannlng as the control group.
方法:63例活动期中、重度牙周炎病人随机分为2组,实验组33例采用洁治、刮治和根面平整术等牙周基础治疗辅助给予比拜克胶囊(4周)治疗,对照组30例仅采用牙周基础治疗。

Methods: Case records of 41 teeth of 41 patients who performed by endodontic surgery with chronic perioapical periodontitis were divided to 4 groups in which there were 12 cases of periapical curettage,10 cases of apicetomy,5 cases of retrograde filling and 14 cases of apicetomy + retrograde filling,respectively.
方法:选择有记载的有随访的根管外科治疗的病例41例共41颗牙齿,分别根据所采取的手术方式分4组,分别是根尖刮治术组12例,根尖切除术组10例,根尖倒充填术组5例和根尖切除+根尖倒充填术组14例。
