方珐:对106例稽留流产患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照是否应用米非司酮分为两组:观察组(米索前列醇+刮宫术)52例,对照组(米非司酮配伍米索前列醇+刮宫术)54例,对两组患者的妊娠组织物排出、急诊刮宫、阴道流血、二次刮宫率及住院时间进行比较。

二尖瓣闭式扩张术
mitral commissurotomy
是指用二尖瓣扩张器分离瓣膜粘连，扩大瓣口，解除或减轻血流从左心房进入左心室的机械性梗阻，改善心和肺循环功能。适用于隔膜型单纯二尖瓣膜狭窄的病例。1947～1948年Harken，Bailey，Brock等先后行经左心耳闭式二尖瓣扩张术取得良好疗效。目前国内大多数二尖瓣狭窄病例仍应用这种手术方法。手术死亡率约为2%，术后再狭窄率为10%～30%。
