On Void Trust——Contemplation from the perspective of Comparative Trust Law

Through the comparison of legal consequences of void trust between China using traditional civil systems and the jurisdiction of Britain,America and France using resulting trust,this paper reaches a conclusion that China\'s present relief about void trust has great defects in balancing each party\'s relations,although it can replace in part the function of resulting trust.
