在南通市文峰路。明万历四十六年（1618年）建，清嘉庆年间（1796—1820）重修。文峰塔高39米，砖木结构，平面六角形，5层，仿楼阁式。塔身砖壁，外木檐平座栏杆。每层塔门四隐四现，上下交错。六角攒尖顶，塔刹细长，覆钵亦不大，上有相轮七重。腰檐伸出较长，檐角向上反翘，古朴优美。该塔解放后经过重修又焕发出青春的光彩。
