Three types of infiltration trenches including capillary and typical were studied to assess the influence of technical construction of trench on nitrogen and phosphorus removal from countryside sewage, and results showed that removal efficiency of NH3-N, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the system were above 95%, 80% and 90% respectively.
