The article gives a brief account on the relations between field design elevation and field initial elevation,the land area inside the fencing wall,the foundation volume of buildings,the loose coefficient of soil,the compaction coefficient, when foundation trench soil is applied to level the land in substation areas.

In complex environment,it is very important whether the nature terrain simulation is accurate,and the simulation result can affect site design and earthwork calculation.
