是胰管内引流术之一，适用于胰头部胰管梗阻而不能用Oddi括约肌切开的方法来解除梗阻的病例。方法是：切除胰尾，连同脾脏一并移除。在距十二指肠悬韧带15～20cm处切断空肠，于结肠后方将远段空肠提起，与胰断端行对-端吻合，将胰断端包裹于空肠内。近端空肠再与远端空肠于吻合口以远25～30cm处行端-侧吻合，形成一“Y”形空肠襻。
